[공지] 게임 다운로드 접속 오류 안내 및 사과

안녕하세요, BIC 2026 운영 사무국입니다.

현재 03시경부터 온라인 페스티벌 전시관에서 게임 다운로드 시 페이지 오류가 발생하는 현상이 확인되었습니다.

초대권을 통해 참여해 주신 관객 투표단, FGT 테스터 여러분을 비롯해 다운로드를 시도하신 모든 분들께 불편을 드린 점 깊이 사과드립니다.

현재 상황

• 다운로드 버튼 선택 시 "페이지 오류" 화면이 표시되는 현상이 확인되었습니다.
• 사무국은 원인 확인 및 조치를 진행하고 있습니다.
• 정상화되는 대로 본 공지를 통해 다시 안내드리겠습니다.

관람 일정에 차질을 빚어 드린 점 다시 한번 사과드리며, 빠르게 복구할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

We have identified an issue in the Online Festival showcase where an error page appears when attempting to download games.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to our Audience Voting Group members, FGT testers, and everyone who attempted a download.

Current status

• Selecting the download button displays a "Page Error" screen.
• Our team is currently investigating the cause and working on a fix.
• We will post a follow-up notice here as soon as the issue is resolved.
